Weekly Photo Challenge again: Windows in Madagascar

I know, I know, this is my second post in a few hours, but I couldn’t resist. I lived in Madagascar for just two years but in that time I was privileged to capture many wild, wonderful and beautiful images… Here are just a few windows I captured in and around Antananarivo, Madagascar…

Looking out. Watching her sisters playing outside perhaps?

Beautiful in its ruggedness

Just chilling and watching the world go by

Missionary kids trying to escape the vehicle through the back window!

A window at a wedding venue - apparently once a residence of the royal family

FJKM Isotry Fitiavana

Single window in a French-style home dating back to the early 1900s

Tiger, tiger, sitting tight, in the window within sight ...

Three windows. Typical architecture in a typical state of semi-disrepair

And the final window - on the flight home to South Africa. (I have posted a similar photo previously - I took several. I prefer this one, personally.)

  1. I like all of these pics! My favorite(s): first one and last one. Definitely the last one! Once again, another week of awesome photos from you, Robin!

  2. of course, i’m partial to the first one, but that tiger is so unexpected it made me laugh. 🙂
