I’m on holiday in Western Europe – in the foothills of the Alps, where the seasons have most definitely changed. (Back home in South Africa its a balmy 30 degrees Centigrade.) I’ve been mostly house-bound as the weather has been foul – flurries of icy rain interspersed with snow, and temperatures hovering both sides of zero. But a few nights back I took a little walk in the neighbourhood, had a great fall in the snow, and captured a few pics. I love the cold weather and love tramping about in the crunchy snow. Apart from one’s footsteps, and the intermittent plop of snow falling from the trees, all is dead quiet, beautiful, fresh …
Love your perspectives in these
I like the perspective too, very effective photos
Love the picture of the trees and the color of the sky!! Beautiful.
Love the lighting- surreal!!
Your pictures are soooo great.
This may sound corny, but if Michael Jackson had decided on a winter setting for his Thriller video, this would have been the set used.
Very dramatic. Nice, nice, nice.
Great images!
Love the red sky!
