So one thing I’m actually good at is capturing children in their natural environments. Okay, that came out wrong. Sounds like something one would do when relocating wild animals to a zoo.
One thing I’m good at is shooting children in their natural environments. That also doesn’t sound right (considering regular news events involving shootings). Let’s try again.
I enjoy and am good at candid photography of children. I have a natural rapport with kids – possibly because I never really accepted growing up. But I won’t go into that here (I’ve explained my love of children and photographing them here) because this post is all about the delightful young Frieda.
See if you can resist breaking into the broadest of smiles after this series.
Last year I did a funny post about Frieda here.
Very sweet! I love the waiting at the dining room table.
Charming and carefree..lovely!
The dessert one is the best, love the focus and everything! And so glad there weren’t any casualties on the day
so beautiful!
She’s delightful!
I left a comment on this one. Are they not getting through? I probably neglected to click on something or other.
Hey Frieda… I didn’t see your first comment, sorry… Please do send it through again!
The final one is my favorite.
Perfect captions! With the pictures, it tells a story.
The pictures of the little girl named Frieda are wonderful. I liked the “coy” one. My students in lit class didn’t know what coy means when we studied “To his coy mistress.” I hardly ever meet anyone named Frieda. When Hal was a young man in the Air Force in Germany, he was quite taken by a German waitress named Frieda. She didn’t even speak English, but he went back to see her, and she wasn’t there anymore. But he claims she was some kind of omen or something. I love my name because I am told it means “peace.”
Ai,my dogtertjie is pragtig! You most definately have a knack for kids pictures
I enjoy the ‘this takes concentration’ pic
