Sunday Still lifes
Yesterday was a beautiful, warm winter’s day. After church I picked up my two nieces from home, and off we went to one of my (other) favourite families with which to spend a Sunday afternoon … And, as ever, my camera went along.

Feather in a tree

Dormant trampoline

Delicate daisy

Whispy clouds and a naked tree

Might this be a magnolia? Or could it be a camellia?

Braai (barbecue): warning. hot. (duh!)

Beige button

Trusty Lions (better than Malagasy matches, that’s for sure)

At the end of the afternoon

Pink, or is that mauve, daisy

Leaf. Cool

Branch on watery background

Just do it?
If this isn’t your cuppa tea come back tomorrow for some amazing photos in honour of the Olympic games …

Love the daisy shot (they are all lovely actually..)
Why don’t you pop over here next Sunday and we’ll make sure you can get action (’cause there’s no way they would be still lifes!) shots of the local wildlife that lives at my house??
and if you go….take me toooooooo!! i also want to see the wildlife and wild things
living at susies house!!
je suis définitivement en arrêt, voire en extase, voire en amour devant chacune de ces photos…
celle avec la boîte d’allumettes me plait tellement que je pourrais en faire un poster et l’encadrer…
un véritable bonheur pour les yeux et l’esprit…
merci Robinet !
