Weekly Photo Challenge: Opportunity

I see opportunities for photos everywhere – it all just depends on what lens I have on the camera at the time as to how they turn out. Right now I’m playing with a 60mm Micro lens while sitting in a restaurant with a friend. These are the result – things that are within micro-lens shot of where we are sitting, and taken in about 5 minutes!

I seldom drink beer. This evening the Peroni Draft called to me.

The "candle" on the table exposed ...

The lights above our heads

Cocktail stirrers

Excellent shots! Your entry just gave me an excuse to eat out at restaurants more often. Now if only I had a 60mm Micro lens!

All were great shots but I loved the cocktail stirrers best. My husband may stop going out in public with me if I start taking advantage of all the “opportunities”!

Last two shots are the best in my book! AND you got me to thinking… Now I’ll go see if I can pull it off. If so, I’ll post. :-)

Working well – I tend to find the manufacturers lenses have that edge over the alternative manufacturers though you pay a premium for the priviledge ;-)

Oh yes, I agree completely… Looking forward to playing with the 105mm micro lens next – if I get the opportunity.

I'd love to hear from you. Please leave a comment.

Welcome. I hope you enjoy the visit.
